red alert 3 released but no lan coop?

Red alert 3 is finally released and it appears that the coop mode doesn’t work on lan and is internet only? Damn.. if that’s the case i’m seriously reconsidering not to buy this game just to screw EA around with this crappy policy and keep the money in my pocket. They won’t see any money from me and i’m sure that a lot of people and “would be buyers” feel the same.. Not that it will make much difference to EA that i’m not buying this game but atleast i saved a few bucks that i will probably spent on other games.
So, anyone care to tell me if the coop mode works on lan? if so i’ll buy the game, if not screw EA.

I’ve been checking the internet a bit and it’s confirmed: no LAN coop mode! Only Internet games has coop mode.. call me a cry baby but EA won’t see any of my money unless the game is in the bargain bin.. which i suspect will be soon but for those that bought it, have fun!
